Managing Director - Craig Patterson
Craig has over 31 years’ experience in earthworks and civil contracting, having held a variety of roles prior to acquiring Centrals in 1997.
As Managing Director, Craig has overseen the company’s significant growth through strong client relationships, robust financial management and long-term strategic planning. He has also expanded the company’s core capabilities to offer clients fully integrated project solutions through specialist business streams.
Being community-minded, Craig was instrumental in the establishment of the Bayalgu Training Programme (an Aboriginal pre-employment initiative), and has previously served on the Mid West Chamber of Commerce as the President (2002 – 2006) and Vice President (1997 to 1999).
Craig continues to have a hands-on role in Centrals’ day-to-day operations, with a focus on the development of client relationships. He is passionate about Centrals’ Indigenous and training programme combined with working with clients, stakeholder groups and community organisations to provide lasting opportunities for local Indigenous groups.
