Town Centre Revitalisation

This project was delivered in four stages to revitalise the townsite of Exmouth – Western Car Park and Thew Street extension; Thew Street reconstruction; Kennedy Street reconstruction; and Western Long Vehicle Car Park and existing Learmonth Street upgrades.  The scope of works comprise:  demolition of pavements and buildings; construction and reconstruction of roads and intersections; diversion of existing open drain and culvert installation; construction of new carparks; and construction of sewer reticulation services; traffic management; site and public safety measures; and community relations.
